AVAIYA CLOTHINGS Influencer Collaboration Policy & Terms
This document outlines the official collaboration terms of Avaiya Clothings.
Selection Process
- All applications are reviewed internally.
- Selection is based on:
- Content quality
- Audience authenticity
- Engagement rate
- Brand alignment
- Submission of application does not guarantee approval.
Content Guidelines
Creators must:
- Maintain a premium, clean, and brand-aligned aesthetic.
- Avoid controversial, political, or offensive content.
- Showcase product clearly and professionally.
- * mTag official brand handle as instructed.
- * Use approved hashtags & captions provided by the brand (if applicable).
Content must be shared for approval (if required) before posting.
Posting Timeline
- Content must be posted within agreed timeline.
- Delay beyond 3 days without prior notice may result in cancellation.
- Stories must remain live for full 24 hours.
Insights & Reporting
Within 48 hours of posting, creator must share:
- Reach
- Impressions
- Saves
- Shares
- Engagement metrics
- Screenshot of insights
Failure to provide insights may affect future collaborations.
Payment Terms (For Paid Collaborations)
- 50% advance (if agreed)
- 50% after content goes live
OR
- 100% after post (as per agreement)
Payment timelines: 3–7 working days after invoice submission.
Barter Collaboration Terms
- Product value does not equal monetary compensation.
- No additional payment unless agreed in writing.
- Product once shipped cannot be returned.
Affiliate Collaboration
- Commission structure will be shared separately.
- Tracking link or coupon code must be used.
- Payout cycle: Monthly.
Content Usage Rights
By collaborating, the creator agrees:
- Avaiya Clothings can repost content on social media.
- Brand may use content for ads (unless exclusivity purchased).
- Credit will be given wherever possible.
Termination Clause
Brand reserves the right to:
- Cancel collaboration due to fake followers.
- Cancel if content damages brand reputation.
- Refuse future collaborations for non-compliance.
Legal & Compliance
All collaborations are governed by Indian commercial laws.
False information submission may result in blacklisting.
